In-House Training and Consulting in:
The Change Wall

Our online simulations provide a wonderful supplement to our online training modules. They allow you to apply the concepts you learned and receive immediate feedback about your level of mastery. The benefits of our simulations are:
• They provide accurate, timely feedback about how well you've learned the concepts of change management and whether you are able to apply them to a change challenge.
• They are cost-effective. Developing your own simulation can be very expensive. We have a simulation to fit almost any change challenge in both public and private sector settings.
• They let you shorten the typically long learning cycle by helping you develop your change savvy and judgment. Simulations can compress months or even years of learning by doing and experiencing the lessons of failure and success into a few short hours.
• Simulations take the case study, a foundation of management education, to the next level in terms of realism, intensity and interactivity. Participants in simulations can more easily recall lessons learned from these intense, interactive learning experiences.
Based on fifteen different change challenges in a variety of public and private sector organizations, our "Change-O-Meter" simulations will apply and reinforce the learning from the Change Leader's Toolkit in a fun and engaging way.

Change Project Benchmarking
Dr. Beatty’s survey of approximately 400 change projects of various types in a wide sample of organizations has identified the key success factors of an effective change process. The diagnostic survey created from this research benchmarks your change initiative against these best practices and gives you both a summary of your change projects’ strengths and weaknesses and suggested improvements.
Team Effectiveness Benchmarking
Did you know that you can predict the success of a team's performance on the basis of three critical skill sets? Research by Dr. Carol Beatty of Queen’s University shows that team-management practices, problem-solving skills, and conflict-handling skills are essential for team performance and satisfaction.
Using her original research as a foundation, Dr. Beatty has developed a benchmarking survey that measures how a particular team stacks up against the best on these skills. The survey is filled out online by each team member. The team leader receives a diagnostic assessment of the team's strengths as well as areas for improvement.
