WARP SPEED TRAINING ENTERPRISES
Warp Speed Training Enterprises Inc. offers engaging and cost-effective online training programs in Change Management to both private and public sector organizations. The company was founded by Dr. Carol A. Beatty, a leading researcher and educator at Queen’s University and published expert in change management and building high performance teams. To date, Dr. Beatty has trained over 1500 organizational leaders in change management in her face-to-face seminars. Now she brings the same expertise to online learning.
Warp Speed is committed to raising the bar in online training using leading-edge adult learning principles and methods. We believe that the “talking head” or the “death by powerpoint” models of online training are not effective. By contrast, our online training, while based on sound academic research, makes liberal use of stories, anecdotes, exercises, self-tests, and opportunities for reflection and application. Your managers and employees will learn at their own pace, master new concepts quickly and effectively, monitor their own progress and achieve mastery of the materials. We believe that the more people in your organization understand and become skilled in managing change, the more flexible, resilient and effective your organization will become.
